Old Wolf is hiring Senior Help-Desk staff with the following qualifications and experience

1- Computer science or information technology graduate

2- Min 5 years of experience in help desk support in a reputable company or institution

3- Hand on experience with Windows 10, Mac OS, Office 365 and 2019 is a must. Managing help desk.
